I support small and medium business owners to  become familiar with financial & operational management (financial planning, budgeting, business planning, costing) so as to get more confidence in financial and business procedures, and create the space to focus on business development. I cooperate with organizations and firms by trainings on financial literacy for work-life balance and personal finance management.
