Think products, services, but also visions and business models. Being able to recognize signals that indicate triggers and shifts in consumer needs in an early stage, and knowing how to use those insights to adapt your brands' business accordingly, helps you future proof not only your brand, but also the generations to come, and, if applied well, even our planet. The consumer needs I work with largely overlap with the human needs creating the social foundation of the doughnut economy.
