Gender Without Borders 

All 4 Billion woman in the world, in every country of the world, are all treated unequally - differently in not only every country, but it every region of large countries.  There have been
huge amount of capital spent over many decades to help solve this problem - but the needle has not moved very much.

That is what I am planning on doing with my 11th and for sure last start-up.  Just read an article about DEAL - and it sounds like a creative approach to what we will be doing.
