I'm an economist by training but after being exposed to environmental and resource management, it is evident the discipline of economics of the 21st century needs radical transformation to address the local and global challenges we face. I've worked as a research analyst and development economist and I believe the world has a window of opportunity to refashion how we live our lives that is more compassionate to others and respectful of the environment.
