Hans Canters

It is my firm conviction that the transition to an economic system that is good for people and the planet is the greatest lever for tackling the known contemporary global challenges. Moreover, it is intrinsically motivating to inspire young people on this topic. Through my work at Oxfam Belgium, I support and encourage school volunteers and teachers to incorporate economic, climate, and gender justice into their lessons. Our Dutch- and French-language lesson plans on the Doughnut Economy are sent out to 10- to 18-year-olds.
