I hold an MSc in International Economic Consultancy from Aarhus University, where I became deeply interested in how economic systems can be reshaped to support thriving societies and resilient ecosystems. Today, I work as a Sustainability Manager within the real estate investment activities of the Kirk Kristiansen family office, with a focus on embedding responsible real estate investment principles across both development projects and operational assets.
My work spans carbon accounting, sustainability guidelines building and real estate operations, biodiversity and nature-positive planning, and the development of strategic frameworks that support long-term value creation. Central to my role is exploring how our portfolio can generate positive systemic impact — contributing to ecological regeneration, community well-being, and healthier urban environments.
I joined the DEAL community because Doughnut Economics aligns strongly with the future I believe the real estate sector must move toward. I’m excited to exchange ideas, learn from diverse practitioners, and help bridge the worlds of investment, asset management, and regenerative design.
