Molly Anderson

I am a Professor of Food Studies Emerita at Middlebury College in Vermont and a Research Associate Professor at the University of Vermont, where I work with the Institute for Agroecology.  I am interested in food system transformation and wrote Food Systems Transformation: Narratives of Power.  I analyze power dynamics in the food system and how to disperse power more effectively to create just and sustainable agroecosystems.
