Personally, I'm born in Japan, raised in Canada, and studied and worked in Germany. 2024 Noto Earthquake survivor. 

Professionally, I hold a Master's degree in Decision Theory from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU) Nürnberg. With 5 years working as a tour guide in Japan, followed by 3 years as a consultant in Berlin working across HR and martech. Currently, I'm a freelance coach and mentor, helping individuals navigate career transitions, personal and professional relationships, and grief and loss.
