Jess Pare

Jess Paré is a coach and facilitator who helps people navigate career transitions, clarify what’s next, and build lives and work that align with their values. She has started three businesses of her own, provided technical assistance to small business owners, and worked with entrepreneurs ranging from solopreneurs to leaders of companies generating over $50M in annual revenue. Jess has a 20 year career with experience in many sectors, including higher education, nonprofit, government, and corporate. Jess brings a grounded, compassionate approach to her coaching which incorporates nervous system awareness, values identification, and building self-trust.
