I currently work with a health-tech startup making diagnostic testing more affordable and accessible globally, where I’m building our distribution network across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
My experience has given me a strong understanding of how organizations translate strategy into execution, build processes for scale, and navigate the complexities of entering and operating in new markets.
