Suzy Rennison

I am the Operations Lead at DEAL, keeping everything running smoothly by managing our internal systems and processes, and providing operational support to team projects.

I am a systems thinker, and am passionate about seeing how workflows fit together within an organisation, as well as improving operational processes so that they work for the diverse humans who use them.

Before I joined DEAL, I was a freelance Operations and Project Manager for a wide variety of charities and social enterprises, a Programme Manager for an academic fellowship scheme at a University, and spent 10 years in the publishing industry.
