|Associate Professor at Universitas Sumatera Selatan | Director of PINUS Indonesia.
I am an Associate Professor in Management at Universitas Sumatera Selatan, with a strong foundation in academic research, social activism, and organizational leadership. With a PhD in Management from RMIT University and a Master’s degree from Ateneo de Manila University, I combine rigorous scholarship with real-world impact.
Currently serving as Director of PINUS (Perkumpulan Pilar Nusantara), I lead programs focused on ecological financing, grassroots empowerment, and sustainable development. My work bridges the academic and advocacy worlds, supporting inclusive policy reform and community-driven change in Indonesia.
Passionate about knowledge-based transformation, I believe in the power of collaboration between academia, civil society, and local government to drive meaningful progress.
