Carol Power

I am a lecturer and researcher at University College Cork, Ireland. I teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including the full-time MSc in Co-operatives, Agri-Food and Sustainable Development, and the part-time, online MSc in Co-operative and Social Enterprise. I enjoy introducing students to Doughnut Economics as a way of enabling them to reframe their thinking about development and hopefully inspiring them to become leaders in environmental and social sustainability. My interests include community-based responses to societal challenges and also the role of business in the sustainability transition.
