Dina Hestad

I work for cCHANGE which is a research and values-driven business working on the human and social dimensions of transformations to sustainability. I have a DPhil (PhD) from the Environmental Change Institute at Oxford University exploring the role of Sustainability-Oriented Hybrid Organisations in promoting sustainability transformations in cities. The key question that occupies my mind and the minds of my colleagues at cCHANGE is HOW to generate transformations across personal, political, and practical spheres - those that are required for us and nature to live and thrive within the doughnuts safe operating space.
