Alison Rakotonirina

Alison started her coaching journey when asked by her 6th-grade teacher to be a peer mentor. Today she brings 20+ years of combined experience as a manager and mentor, an executive, an ex-pat, a business owner, and a trained coach. Alison is known for her facility in creating a safe space for her clients to share challenges and dreams, hopes, and goals. She supports them in uncovering new possibilities and making actionable plans to craft a career that supports flourishing at work and at home. She loves coaching non-traditional leaders and managers to build the confidence and worldview they need to succeed and thrive with joy. In 2021 she is committed to helping create jobs in Madagascar that contribute to building a healthy and doughnut-friendly economy.
