I am an A Level Economics teacher who is very interested in doughnut economics. Too much of what the textbooks teach relies on outdated concepts which focus on markets and GDP growth. The models often ignore the natural environment, the human mind and society. Doughnut economics, offers a fresh and achievable alternative.
