Denis Doolan

I am an experienced leader having held a number of international roles that involved strategy to execution and leadership of diverse teams of up to 300 people. I am currently responsible for strategy, leadership development, sustainability and operational excellence with Special Olympics International, a global non-profit serving 6m people with disabilities and their families in 194 countries. I enjoy connecting people with strategic initiatives to drive alignment, engagement, action and results. My aim in life is to deliver transformative change that balances people, planet and prosperity to enable purpose-driven business and achieve sustainable value and growth.
