Juan Sebastián Cárdenas Salas

Hi, this is Juan Sebastián, glocal citizen, human facing a transition from the mode of “To Have” to the mode of “To Be”. Systems thinker / Cultural creative / Changemaker and researcher in the realm of human organizations as living systems. My journey begins more than 18 years ago on the marketing and communication fields, lapse in which I came to grips with the common disconnect between the Being-Doing-Saying of companies set up by the traditional economic model. Over the last 8 years such realization has pushed me to recognize businesses as ‘living beings’ further than ‘brands’, and thus delving into the whole systems approach as an accomplishment to precisely grasp them as conversational, reflexive, and interdependent living entities. I'm working as Ecosocial OD Consultant at Jscinteractivo, endeavor conceived by me whereby I aim to consolidate the human organizations’ Ecobiopsychosocial (EBPS) Capital.
