Over the last 5 years my attention shifted from mainstream investment banking/corporate finance to out of the box funding structures more supportive of the changing world around us. Combining deep finance experience with adaptive management practices. A bit like pushing water uphill, yet there are promising pockets to be cultivated and supported. Examples are trust-based funding, and systemic funding approaches, supportive of moving to an inclusive world. The elephant in the room is the lack of finance support for the societal shift underway.
