Hi I am nearly 70 years old. In my youth I studied for a degree and Masters degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance but was never convinced by economic theory. It seemed to me just a licence for greed. I spent my working life as a lecturer and manager in the Further Education sector. In later life I became interested in Ayurveda (the traditional medicine system of India) and studied for, and completed a degree in Ayurveda in London. I have been part of a spiritual community called Ridhwan for the last 10 or more years, am a supporter of extinction rebellion and have been very impacted by the work of Jem Bendell on Deep Adaptation. I am now retired and spend lots of time in my garden but am also a trustee of a spiritual site in Glastonbury England, a Director of a spiritually focused organisation, and a Director of an eco focused organisation. I am married with three daughters and two grand daughters and am very concerned about their future.
