With experience across sectors (government, healthcare, higher education, nonprofits) from small organizations to large, complex systems, Melanie facilitates change by using sustainable, proven, collaborative, empowering, learning-centered practices. From change management, culture change, training, evaluating training and OD initiatives, coaching, strategic planning, board/team development and and more, she brings a collaborative consulting style, integrity, focus, humor, mindfulness and results to the people she serves.
She holds a Ph.D. in organizational performance and change (HR/OD), and M.P.A., (from Research I institutions, Colorado State and Arizona State, respectively) and has completed extensive training in group process facilitation.
