I'm convinced we can use two levers - entrepreneurship and technology - to make agriculture more profitable, productive and sustainable.

Farming is complex, and entrepreneurship is complex. Neither is remotely easy! Nonetheless I'm sure there are many ways growing exciting new businesses, can help to move the needle on less damaging farming practices, improving food security and environmental impact as a result.

I'm probably the only person who's ever been both a Stanford MBA and a Nuffield Farming Scholar, which gives me a unique combination of perspectives, all accompanied by endless curiosity.
