#Change Agent #Steward for Sustainability #Connector # Design Thinker #Process Developer #Educator #Coach #Creator #Fan of the Doughnut. In it 'cause we've got a world to win. I started spending my professional time on sustainability in 2020. Now I don't want to do anything else. Currently employed at Aeres Hogeschool Almere, Geo, Media & Design. At my previous employer, ROCvAF (medium vocational education) I've set up a Green Office, internal and external networks. We've changed curricula, hosted events, trained teachers and school leaders. Now it's a movement that makes impact. I've worked with Practoraat Circulair Regional Economy. We work with organisations, authorities and education to solve real problems with challenge based learning. I assisted teachers with briefing templates, scenario's for the (creative) proces, design thinking tools and assessment possibilities. I have a background in design, visual storytelling and in education. Nice to meet you!

Teaching Economics in High School for many years has made clear to me that students need straight, shiny, high-spirited proposals such as the Doughnut´s. The Earth needs our happyness.

I am an ex British Army Engineer, latterly an engineering manager at Rolls-Royce, I was trained to solve problems. I now live on the island of Sark in the Channel Islands with my wife and children and another 500+ people. I am the 23rd Seigneur, a hereditary position which has been passed through my family since 1852. My inspiration for DEAL comes from watching Sir John Harvey-Jones advise Morgan Cars back in 2008. Their reaction to his advice resonated with me as I had long believed constant growth was illogical and doomed to self-destruction. I parked the notion in the back of my mind at the time but there are clear parallels for me now here on Sark. Traditional growth cannot happen here, we have finite space which can only support a limited number of things.

I'm committed to regeneration. In particular, I'm acting as a weaver and whole-system integrator. The main regeneration action is focused on regenerating the economy. Bringing forward concert solutions that close the gap between what life values and what the economy values.

| Sustainability Transitions Specialist | Co-Founder of Mexico City's Doughnut Economic Coalition + Scaling Coordinator in CIMMYT-CGIAR After finishing my MSc in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management in Lund University with a thesis to downscale the doughnut for Mexico City's water policies, I learned research was not enough to make a change. For this reason, I have co-founded the Tricolor Coalition (Mexico City's Doughnut Economic Coalition) to collaborate with other agents of change to promote sustainability transitions in Mexico City. We are now developing community, informative, and capacity building activities to support Mexico City's agents of change interested in promoting this transition. I am currently also working as a Scaling Coordinator in the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center. In my job, I continue to learn about systems thinking approaches, and about what types of food innovations could be scaled (why? and where?) to create more impact. Moreover, I also have experience in international and national public administrations, and I have specialized in the water-food-energy sectors and climate change challenges.

52 -year old Logistics student, who wants to change the way we think about well-being is general (and of course economics too). Good start is to read Robert Lustig´s "Hacking of the American mind". Most often, well - being is generated through your personal actions and decisions not by trying to reach all worthless products or services market economy wants you to use today. Today´s grocery store´s food selection is full of "worthless" foods and beverages, which may actually be quite harmful to you and therefore greates not more well - being but just the opposite. This was just one example, but you get the idea. We used to be humans, now we are consumers and this is a global problem in most developed countries all over the world.

I'm Sunkyung HAN, and I'm the co-initiator of Donut-Zip, a group focused on bringing doughnut economics to life in South Korea. Through Donut-Zip, I want to help organizations and communities adopt these principles to drive sustainable change. As the CEO of C., a social innovation catalyst organization, I’ve become passionate about fundamental transformations and have been working to introduce doughnut economics as part of a broader vision for systemic change. With more than 15 years of experience connecting people and organizations in social innovation, I founded C. in 2014 to create sensemaking platforms that link up social innovators across Asia. Beyond C., I’ve been an advisor on social innovation committees with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, a Korean advisor for AVPN, and a board member for YouthVoice, a nonprofit that helps young people express themselves through social media.
