I am a longtime follower of the SDG process, from early on. I am still hopeful that here - in Germany, in Bremen - a general interest, a start on realising its chances in communities, public administration and than everywhere starts.

Jack Alpert is director of Stanford Knowledge Integration Lab, a Lab which he started in 1978 at Stanford University. In 1992 the Lab left Stanford and became a non profit research foundation. The research focused on how people gather and process information to understand dynamic systems. Over the years the Lab has transitioned its focus to the relationship between human cognition and civilization viability. The current work is on discovering and implementing behavior that “changes our course” and creates a viable civilization.

Hello, I am Diana from Lima. I am an economist and I want to change the reference of progress "Gross Domestic Product" for a model based on the Doughnut Economics. I work at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism as a research analyst. I am working on my future social enterprise to contribute to the transition of a green economy. I have been a volunteer in the Social Directorate of the NGO Techo Peru and in the Slow Food Movement for sustainable agriculture, but I feel that from my role as an economist I must promote initiatives and policies to contribute to the transit of Doughnut Economics

Over the last 5 years my attention shifted from mainstream investment banking/corporate finance to out of the box funding structures more supportive of the changing world around us. Combining deep finance experience with adaptive management practices. A bit like pushing water uphill, yet there are promising pockets to be cultivated and supported. Examples are trust-based funding, and systemic funding approaches, supportive of moving to an inclusive world. The elephant in the room is the lack of finance support for the societal shift underway. Always open to listen, and share, experiences with those implementing inclusive structures beyond the significant constraints of the existing system. Oscillating between Canada & South Africa.
