Leonardo Conte graduated in Economics at UCSC (Italy) and USI (Switzerland). He is now PhD student in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the University of Lugano and lecturer of International Business Economics at Franklin University Switzerland. He lived abroad in Australia, the UK and the US, where he was Junior Research Fellow of the Harvard Policy and Institutional Research Project. Since 2017, he founded the local association Rethinking Economics Lugano and the national network Rethinking Economics Switzerland. Last but not least, he is pursuing interdisciplinary research on the performativity of Behavioural Economics and the impact of Nudging practices on consumers.

Hello, I am fortunate to be able to serve in the capacity of Business Development Manager for ASU LightWorks®. ASU LightWorks®, an initiative which spans the entirety of Arizona State University, is deeply focused on advancing sustainable development in clean energy and economy wide decarbonization. Done by cultivating dynamic relationships and leveraging research assets across the university ecosystem, creating transdisciplinary teams to take on some of the world's grandest challenges. I am also a proud graduate of ASU School of Sustainability, earning a BA in Sustainability focused on sustainable urban dynamics. Prior to earning my degree I had a 20+ year career in the commercial and residential building trades sector, where I experienced many roles from laborer, to tradesman and eventually senior leadership. Working and co-learning with people anywhere in the world, we're re-patterning as we live into an unknowable future, guided by some hard red lines. Uncomfortable questions routinely bypassed for all kinds of reasons keep us on transitional treadmills that prevent real transformation and block expression and life-affirming regenerative functions. Honouring gifts differing, we bring and let go of experience, skills, framing/scaffolding, methodologies and tools - attuning to contexts and cultures. We cherish what has always been, trampled by dominator patterns and buried and  invisibilized under layers, that became normalized - the way it is.  We were never separate, yet the experience and harms of separateness are very real!   Wading through deep shi(f)t, this work is reflective, retrospective, present-centred, facing one another and  forward-facing - humbling ongoing (un)learning for all. Our regularly updated Unstitution articles published on Medium are fractal-like glimpses into the unstitutional ethos. Co-catalytic springboards, they invite deeper excavation, integrative learning and meta-relational attunement. They reflect a sample of the ways we’re co-adapting and contributing.
