Hi everyone! I am a french-english multidisciplinary creative director and strategist based in Amsterdam. I am experienced in design, strategic and systems thinking, relationship and project management, and coaching. I come from a creative background, but after 15 years of evolving in the "creative field", I have decided to move closer towards facilitating the development and adaptation to circular and regenerative business cultures, practices, and value creation. I have recently gone back to studying a full time MBA focused on CE / Regeneration and Purposeful Leadership and am working on a project around weaving ethics of care into business purposes and practices as a step into systematically building and nurturing regenerative value. I am currently developing a workshop based on Appreciative Inquiry to help business re-assess values / strategy based on Care and would love to share in this community any ideas towards shaping a more regenerative and distributive future for all.

Dutch, living in Lisbon, Portugal. I'm a Creative Consultant trying to help individuals, brands, and organizations to create better instead of just more, based on trends in consumer needs. Think products, services, but also visions and business models. Being able to recognize signals that indicate triggers and shifts in consumer needs in an early stage, and knowing how to use those insights to adapt your brands' business accordingly, helps you future proof not only your brand, but also the generations to come, and, if applied well, even our planet. The consumer needs I work with largely overlap with the human needs creating the social foundation of the doughnut economy.

I was a filmmaker and I liked taking social issues into my films. I was mainly interested in the topics of social exclusion. A year ago I decided to take up the coffee industry and I want to create a company based on respect for the natural environment that will care for the development of employees and will be part of the local community. It is important to me that my future coffee suppliers earn decent money and are not used financially. Planting trees has been my passion for two years. By participating in this program, I hope to gain knowledge that will help me make the world a better place for the environment and people.

We don't need Roads was born from the encounter of three dreamers, driven by the entrepreneur mindset and the frustration not to see the change happening fast enough. Our desire to gather a pack of business women and men animated by common values and the will to change things together, lead to the creation of a new kind of agile, free, eco-systemic company which aims to create and amplify large projects having a positive impact on planet and people. All that in a doughnut.
