I have 15 years of experience communication and in business.  I have experience working wtih companies that are transforming themselves to become more regenerative, and I work with companies that are trying to solve issues related to the polycrisis we are facing.

I develop tools and processes for more inclusive and enlightened policymaking. Working for central government organisations in Finland, I create data visualisations, policymaking tools, phenomena mappings and economic models.  Currently I'm building and piloting an AI-enabled knowledge management tool to analyse observations from front-line social workers and combine it with quantitative indicators. I'm a little bit obsessed with national accounts statistics.

I believe that we need to change how we do business and that businesses purpose trumps the sole profit generation objective. Completing the Innovation, Enterprise and Circular Economy MBA from Bradford university reinforced my commitment to be an actor of positive change. I help private and public economic actors transition to fairer, effective Circular Economy business models that work long-term for all stakeholders within our planetary boundaries. I am particularly focused on service dominated industries untapped Circular Economy value creation potential. I help stakeholders identify and implement Circular Economy value creation opportunities in their value chain through Circular Economy trainings, Circular Supply and value chain mapping, Circular strategic review and deployment.

I am an environmental consultant, and I want to contribute my experience and passion for a sustainable future. I have specialized in the Plastic recycling industry, addressing the issue of plastic waste. However, this is not my only interest. My interest in plastic waste was not just a matter of pollution, but deep down it the exploitation of pristine forests, the destruction of habitat needed for the extraction of oil. What about the oil spills inland and at sea? The carbon emission of oil tankers? All that energy used; all those CO2 emitted unaccounted for. No extrinsic value considers its intrinsic value and the impact it has on our ecosystem. I believe Circular economics is an opportunity to change, how about you? Shall we talk about it?

Nirali Oza is an aspiring Healthcare systems designer who completed her Med School from India and attended the Shillington School of Design at NYC. Being the progeny of a pediatrician and an artist, scientific temperament, and artistic eloquence has always been a part of her personality. She is passionate about utilizing data and technology to design social innovations. Prior to joining the master's program, she worked at Texas HHSC as a Program specialist intern in the Medicaid division and as a digital communication specialist intern at UMass Medical School . She spends her free time creating medical clay models and watching documentaries on world history and politics. Her long term interest is in utilizing Transition Design and Systems Thinking to solve systemic issues within the global healthcare ecosystem and address social determinants of health.

I am a "doughnut" and circular economy aficionado! Since 2021 I been actively participating in the co-designing process of the “Education for Climate Coalition”, a participatory bottom-up education community helping Europe reach the Green Deal’s climate neutrality goals. Keith Melton is currently Chair of the Green Liberal Democrats (GLD) in the UK. GLD is a pressure group and `Think Tank` within the Liberal Democrats and it was established as the Party`s `Environmental Conscience` when the Party was established in 1988. At that time Keith was the Chair of the Liberal Ecology Group within the Liberal Party, one of the two parties that came together to form the Liberal Democrats. He became the Founding Chair of the new group and is happy to have recently been `recycled` as the newly elected Chair in 2020, more than 30 years later! In between time Keith established the Institute for Sustainable Development in Business at Nottingham Trent University as its Director and ran the Institute until he retired in 2006. Since retiring he has written and published an historical novel about an ancestor who led a rebellion against Henry Vlll in 1536. His ancestor was a shoemaker and the novel is called "Captain Cobbler: the Lincolnshire Uprising 1536".
