I am passionate about the research and translation of biological strategies to design solutions for nowadays toughest challenges. I'm curious what nature can teach us about the winning design strategies for thriving in this planet. I believe in decoding these natural strategies to create disruptive business innovations that help us adapt to ever changing environments, generate conditions conducive to life, and endless wealth on a finite planet.

Carson Rayhill
Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
My name is Carson Rayhill, a second-year graduate student at the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. I graduated from Xavier University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts (German) with minors in Political Economy and Peace Studies. In 2016, I was awarded the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship through the U.S. Department of State. Since then, I have developed economic and financial analysis and leadership skills, working as a Political/Economic intern at the U.S. Embassy to the Holy See, a Contract Specialist with the U.S. Department of Energy, as well as various economics/finance positions with non-profits and the private sector. I hope to use these experiences and combine them with the ones I am currently gaining as a Junior Research Assistant at the World Bank (Social Protections and Labor) to promote a global, integral economic development, all founded on a strong ethical foundation.
