I run a consultancy that helps organisations deliver improvements or changes in order to achieve a strategic objective. When we allow organisational "silos" to constrain our thinking we come across barriers and limitations in what people feel accountable for. The Doughnut model brilliantly visualises both our real responsibilities and the need to think systemically across our silos. I am excited to test, learn and share new methods for putting Doughnut Economics into action... Starting here on the Isle of Wight!
