A foodie and nature enthusiast, Charlotte coordinates Rikolto's International Food Smart Cities programme implemented in partnership with 16 cities on 4 continents in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Belgium to improve access to healthy, sustainable and nutritious diets. Rikolto is an international NGO that builds bridges of trust and trade between farmer organisations, the food industry, governments, and research institutions around this one central question: ‘What will we eat tomorrow?’. Charlotte has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh, UK and in International Relations from Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.
