Hello friends, I'm Corinne. I've lived in Lethbridge, Alberta, all my life with some time spent on international volunteer work through Canadian Crossroads International and Live Different. I currently work at the University of Lethbridge in Financial Services. I've wondered since high school how we can sustain an economy based on limitless growth. Who even wants that when it is so obvious that growth is only meant to include the wealthiest countries. The divide is what really grows. I've seen these Sci Fi movies, it does not end well. What then should drive the economy? I was so grateful to find your book and start thinking about an economy with a goal of thriving, rather than growing. Only if we all thrive can our world be safe, clean and just.
