I am a human-centric leader in the field of engineering, design, advisory and construction. I have lived experience with trauma, conditioning and impacts of emotional fields. I have lived the pattern. Understood the pattern. Turned it into parameters for an equation. I believe I have the makings of the equation that brings together all known and accepted theories. This equation can turn Donut Economics from a movement to action through analytical evidence. I need help to move this forward. I hope you will come on this journey with me. This is our future.

The more I read about doughnut economics the more I agree that economic growth should not be the goal. Want to learn more and see how I can contribute to make a community thrive

Retired mechanical engineer who has been active in a local retail food cooperative, serving on the board of directors for 8 years. I am very interested in sustainability in everyday life, especially things that can be done now. In my engineering career I have designed and implemented technological improvements to manufacturing systems. I have seen the power and payoff of changes to existing systems. I have also seen the destructive power and catastrophic costs to the same systems when changes go wrong. Doing something is essential to moving forward.

Aspiring physics student with a passion for economics and looking out for the planet. I love maths and enjoyed learning economics (sadly without the doughnut model included) in my A levels and ever since have been greatly interested in the study as an important aspect and langauge of the world. I found out about Kate and the doughnut model first through the leading interview with Rory Stewart and Alastair Campbell and was enamored at how she came across and how much I agreed with the ideals she talked about. I hope that when I leave education I can work using my knowledge in ways that benefit everyone and build a brighter future.

Currently working as a Senior Recruiter with an exclusive focus on sustainability and the climate/biodiversity space. Looking for opportunities to increase the impact I'm having professionally, and where possible in addition to what I do personally. Love to grow veg. and have somewhat deeper interests in specific sectors such as biodiversity, conservation/rewinding, regenerative-Ag, food and waste, tech, maritime, and politics. The challenges we're facing are all so deeply intersectional and woven together, it's hard to have just one area of this to dive into :').
