Dominic Regester is a Program Director at Salzburg Global Seminar, responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs on education, conservation, and the future of cities. Prior to this he worked for the British Council for 14 years, primarily on projects connected to global citizenship education, teacher professional development, education collaboration and internationalism in education. He has an M.A. in Chinese studies from the School of Oriental and African studies in London and an M.A. in education and international development from University College London Institute of Education. Dominic is a founding member of the Executive Committee for Karanga - The Global Alliance for Social Emotional Learning and Life Skills, a Contributing Editor to Diplomatic Courier, and a Senior Advisor to the think tank The World in 2050.

I have 46, mom of 2 big boys, owner of NOA Natural del Perú, a 20 years small and artisan company, through I can develop goof food and my values. It's a food company. At the quarentine we create El Mercado de NOA, to stay alive selling our ingredients, at firts but, months later, we see the relations with our suppliers, many or this small farmers from all around the country became stronger. I'm the Slow Food coordinator in Perú for almost 5 years, and thanks to the movement and theor strong values I can figure out the real important of food into all aspects or our lives as humans.
