Community development worker looking for practical ways for a small community to re-shape its socio-economic development in ways that are sustainable, equitable and engaging.  The community is committed to developing renewable energy and becoming carbon neutral, engaged in a major biodiversity restoration and strengthening project, and the regeneration of an iconic Lighthouse site.  Each of these three elements aims to have a wellbeing economy at its core.  Keen to learn how to make this happen, and to share anything we learn along the way.

I'm an organizational psychologist supporting more sustainable working habitats for employers and employees. It's obvious for me that my contributions are often targeted to a too narrow range of problems. If I could connect with broader understandings and other disciplines engaged in rethinking relations, systems and society it would hopefully add genuinely meaningful qualities to what I'm doing. And at best it might change WHAT I'm actually doing and for whom.  I'm good at connecting with people, presenting stuff and keeping conversations on track.
