I am an ambitious and enthusiastic food business consultant. With 12 years experience within the small and medium sized coffee roastery business and some corporate experience, I have recently taken the step to go self employed with the mission for all European Coffee Roasteries to be organised in such a way they can focus on the work they like to do like roasting coffee and selling beautiful products, rather than overhauling systems and instructions. Thereby accomodating companies to step out of the current capitalistic status quo and continuing to focus on their own drive and passion, whilst working within a sustainable business model, My interests lie in , , and

I'm an interested observer. What I would like to offer is an opportunity for professionals that speak Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian to create content in English related to the ideas here at DEAL. I use a project-based learning approach to create your texts or videos *with you* so that you learn English as you create or translate materials you may have made into presentable English.

I'm an organizational psychologist supporting more sustainable working habitats for employers and employees. It's obvious for me that my contributions are often targeted to a too narrow range of problems. If I could connect with broader understandings and other disciplines engaged in rethinking relations, systems and society it would hopefully add genuinely meaningful qualities to what I'm doing. And at best it might change WHAT I'm actually doing and for whom. I'm good at connecting with people, presenting stuff and keeping conversations on track. I wish to use those capabilities for continuously wiser purposes.

As an architect and teacher of architecture, I'm interested in experiments of social and ecologic aspects in architecture. Even if the experiment fails, we will learn out of it. Architecture is too complex that there should be strict rules.

I am a versatile thinker who likes to make unusual connections. I have put forward the #EarthShareModel as a tool to bring Earth on board as a business owner and complement current success metrics with a systemic ROI. As president of Fou de Fougerette, association loi 1901, I have co-founded the #TransitionCastle iniative which works towards a rapid ecological and economic transition. We have launched our own permaculture garden, the "Circular Walk" which is an inspiring outing for all ages during which visitors can learn more about the circular economy & its benefits, and are also working on a reforestation project. As an ecopreneur, I run the climate farming e-leaning Humuswirtschaft.ch together with Swiss farmer & humus pioneer Franz Keiser and am also developing climate-positive products. Having worked in Switzerland, the UK, Germany, France and China, I fluently speak several languages and thrive in a diverse environment. I am based both in Etang-sur-Arroux (F) and Zurich (CH). I look forward to connecting & collaborating! Monika MLaw/MA in Public Relations

Passionate about climate action, I'm resolved to contribute to our society's system's change. Presently working with data for industrial decarbonisation, I am compelled by Doughnut Economics and seek to connect with a network of professionals integrating these principles to effect change "from within".

I believe it is possible for humans to steer the world to meet the guidelines of Doughnut principles. I believe this is something we can all be active in achieving. This is a far more sensible and practical framework compared with many other political and economic approaches that have till now held centre stage. I have worked in local government as a librarian, have taught English as a foreign language and have experience of management. I am interested in international links and speak German and Spanish as well as my native English. I have been involved in organising cultural events with international partners in the UK, Spain and Germany. I currently volunteer at a local community centre where we collect surplus food from local supermarkets to provide a weekly community meal. I enjoy playing music, gardening on my allotment, meeting people, cycling, reading and cooking

Hello, We run a small organic nut tree nursery in Laholm, Sweden. We sell nut trees to farmers and to forest-garden projects in Southern Scandinavia. Find us at www.nötträd.se (or www.nottrad.se). I am inspired by the work by David Holmgren on how to live well within planetary boundaries. Doughnut economics is the direction, "RetroSuburbia" is one way of doing it. Peace, Göran
