Amber is (and will always be) an avid shopper, a villager of planet earth, a generalist, and now finally, an author of her own book - Who Said Your Business Is None Of Our Business. Curiosity made her an entrepreneur and the founder of Baba Yaga Consultancy. She provides ESG reporting services, B Corp certification support and helps small and medium sized companies lay their foundation of sustainability strategies and roadmaps. She then spends all her money back on supporting the SME economy through her curiosity as a consumer.   Amber holds a post-graduate certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Glasgow (UK), a master’s in aviation management from Massey University (NZ), certification as a GRI Sustainability Professional (ES), and all sorts of certificates in advocacy, negotiation, strategic thinking and anything else you do not normally think of including being a B Leader (CH). Having lived in Hong Kong, New Zealand and Switzerland, Amber currently sets foot in Spain.

Product Leader,  Coach Eleni is a Product Leader with extensive product management experience in B2B and B2B2C products in startups, scale-ups and large organisations in Silicon Valley, UK, Finland and Greece. She is passionate about helping women create tech products for positive impact. Eleni is a firm believer that the team is the most critical ingredient in the product process. Great products are built when people from different perspectives and skill sets work together in creative tension to craft something much greater than any individual could create alone.

Hello, my name is Morgane. I am a passionate advocate for the circular economy and dedicated to creating sustainable solutions for our planet. Currently, I serve as a project leader for Circul'R, a French startup that specializes in guiding corporations toward adopting a circular economic model. In this role, I work closely with companies to help them transition their economic practices towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly approaches. My interest in environmental issues was sparked during my exchange program in Japan, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges associated with waste management and the overproduction of plastic. This eye-opening experience inspired me to pursue a master's degree in environmental policy, with a specific focus on waste management and sustainability. Throughout my studies, I delved into various aspects of waste management and learned about innovative strategies to tackle environmental challenges. I work for the Methodist Church as a children, youth and family worker and a local pastor. I also co-ordinate the York Methodist Group Eco Task Force where we share ideas and encourage each other to become sustainable communities. I was an accountant in a former life and have a degree in Economics. Growing up at the time of the 'ozone layer crisis' and the start of the increased public awareness of climate change, I was fascinated by 'externalities' and how our current system was failing our natural world. Studying Economics left me with more questions than answers. In the last few years, my role as pastor has left me frustrated as I have helped 'pull people out of the river' so I started following the trail of breadcrumbs upstream to see why people fall into the river in the first place. The need for constant growth does have a trickle down effect, but not in wealth - in pressure and stress - to perform and deliver at any cost. It has left us all exhausted, poorer and unhappier than ever. There has to be a better way. Kate Raworth's book was a lightbulb moment.

I'm a civil engineer and for over 12 years i've been working on environmental services (water and waste management) and i've always struggle with the way traditional economy considers these basic and primary services.  I've recently started working on a start up dedicated to monitoring carbon emissions and i do not want to follow the same path.
