I am an executive and team coach specializing in providing services to the non-profit and social enterprise sectors.  Before coaching I had a career as a leader in international development.  I have strong personal connections with Sudan and have worked in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. My leadership work in the arena of poverty and crisis have made me a passionate advocate for the inclusion of all voices in the realization of rights-based, sustainable change both inside the organisation and with those it serves. We all share the same planet and our living and thriving depends on using our resources collaboratively and purposefully.   Now as a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance I am looking to support my clients as they think towards being part of the Wellbeing Economy we need. Being in the DEAL community seems to make perfect sense!

I am a student of economics and would like to become a teacher for secondary school students. During my studies I came across the problem of growth and I want to learn more about circular economy systems. I believe that there is an alternative to capitalism and that our economic system needs to change to a healthy system where we neither exceed the limits of our planet nor fall into a lack of basic needs. The Doughnut is a good and easy to understand model that I would like to convey as a serious alternative to the traditional economic model of the 20th century.

From this created a Cooperative Bootcamp where we take in groups of 5 people with a feasibility analysis of their business idea that they want to make into a worker coop.  I am excited to see what the the DEAL work looks like alongside this work.

I am one of the co-founders of the Sustainable Finance Hub Mexico. I participated as under-director of STEAM and Robotics Coordinator at UNESCO Center for Peace. I am a member of the national Mexican leadership program Kybernus, and was a member of the Youth Delegation at the 2nd UNICEF Science Evidence and Public Policy conference. I have participated in panels, presentations and environmental education events at national and international levels.

I'm passionate about the benefits of putting creativity and brilliant people at the heart of everything that we do. I am a business coach and funding mentor for creatives with two businesses; Creative Spark Projects and Equal Vision CIC.  The big project which I've been working on since 2017, is the Curiosity Museum, a new creative, fun introduction to careers. We have created digital and live thinking spaces where young people can uncover skills and match them to the 1000s of possible jobs out there. I'm lucky enough to live in West Malvern, a beautiful place and amazing community and am interested in how we can work together to connect and support each other.

I studied traditional economics in university.  DEAL's approach considers vital areas in the current period, such as the environment and consequences of uneven development, whereas traditional economic theories also considered those items, albeit ceteris paribus, in promoting their respective analysis.  I accept the notion that the broader definition of "prosperity" is not necessarily correlated with a nation's rise in GDP.
