I am founder of Business on Purpose and have been in business for more than 20 years helping companies transform the way they work. I also spent 5 years doing community development in Africa and a further 5 years in environmental services. These experiences are now helping clients assess and improve their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) utilising the B Corp process and B Impact Assessment. Having supported more than 150 clients across a range of sizes and sectors, as a qualified B Leader and also being B Corp Certified, I am delighted to provide support how, where and when it is needed to help any business to measure and improve their social and environmental impact.

I m a change maker in organizations, organizational coach focus in agile methodologies and others new models which approach us to the transformation we are needing as a society. Now I m working in big organizations such as Banks or inssurance companies. Also working as trainer and speaker in agility matters. During 7 years I work as Organizational Coach of Engineering with our Border Argentina (an ONG with social focus) In 2017 I went to Capetown and attend to the Presencing Foundation course so I m also familiar with Otto Scharmer s approach. During 2020 I move from Buenos Aires to Bariloche in the Patagonia, searching a more meaningful way of leaving, connected with nature and sustainability. In these days I feel the need to reconnect with Kate book (I ve read it a few years ago) and thats lead me here. I m specially interested in learning and connect with others that have the same concern face the challenge our generation is facing to turn into a more organic and collaborative mindset .

I studied economics and started questioning the economic models. This is how I first learned about the donut economy - a new approach which I find very inspiring. I want to help spread the word and make people aware that there are different approaches besides capitalisms out there - more social more sustainable. Less is more and growth is not always the solution for everything. We need to understand to give and let those societies grow which really need it. I'm very much interested in city projects like the one in Amsterdam which apply the donut approach for the first time. Those are projects which really inspire and show that different ways are possible.

Kia ora! I am involved in long-term city planning and interested in connecting with other people who have applied the doughnut economics model, especially to small/med city settings (100k<). I am also currently finishing a Master of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at Massey and so also keen to meet with others who have had some success in localising the SDGs. #cityplanning #longtermplanning #strategy #policy #urban #community #sustainability

I work with complex systems, wicked challenges and uncertainties. This is mostly connected to regional development, where I identify connections between industries, sectors, organisations and people. I do all this to understand how things work in our societies and explore ways to initiate exchange and collaboration between diverse actors. I helped out in different sustainable development projects around Europe (Sweden, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg). My current mission: Contributing to sustainable development in Luxembourg - and thus also globally. Hit me up! Partnerships and Collaboration are key for the transition we need. Let´s start now! Send me a request or contact me on LinkedIn. I am happy to hear from you!

Having worked as an organisational culture and change creator, I am now moving into sustainability consulting while working towards becoming a regenerative practitioner. I work remotely for a New Zealand based environmental engineering and science company, which has been an incredible journey in terms of learning from indigenous science, and how to respectfully incorporate that in our approach. My mission is empowering people and creating change, this is why I founded CM Space, a company with which I´d like to experiment with regenerative ways of being in business and help others to do the same!
