Urbanism and its social dimension have fascinated me ever since I had an 'aha' moment in an anthropology lecture during my sociology studies. I have recently submitted my thesis on urban planning and gender mainstreaming and would like to continue to work on these issues to possibly help ensure that our cities offer equal opportunities for all people in the future. I am always open to exchange and cooperation, because together we can achieve a lot. I look forward to making new contacts on this platform (I speak German, English and Spanish).

As a systems thinker/doer, a Buddhist, and a Vermonter actively engaged in systems level change work on a number of levels, I am excited to join this global economic transformation community and find new ways to bring all of my training and skills the next level of impact for the benefit of all beings and my home state of Vermont (which often serves as a learning laboratory that inspires other states).

Hi! I'm an Insurance Technology professional with an undergraduate degree in Economics. Personally, I love sport, travel, hiking, and learning new skills. I'm hoping to find others in my area to get involved with spreading doughnut economics across American communities. Big or small, I want to be a resource for any event or ideas in my general location!

Hi everyone. The natural world has always been my passion. I studied environmental science and I thought the best way to protect the environment was to help companies to meet their targets whilst reducing their impact in the environment. Therefore I worked as an in-house sustainability manager for Sony Pictures, and I currently work as a sustainability consultant focused in carbon management. My interest has shifted from "reducing the companies' impact" to creating systems that actually work for the people and the planet, which is what brought me here. I look forward to connecting with like-minded people and to glimpse new ways of doing things. Originally from Málaga, Spain, currently living in London

As a life long radical, you know - homeschooling before it was fashionable - eating micro greens before it had that name - making ridiculously healthy brick-breads for years before getting the hang of it. I am feeling a bit like a veteran recovering from the mucky trenches of WholeSome Living. Mid 50's now and kinda tired since all the effort I have made and still "atmospheric rivers" cutting off supply chains very our family down the map a bit. No surprise for many of us, huh? I am feeling a bit giddy to explore this DEAL business. Maybe see ya 'round!

I am an Energy and Sustainability engineer. My energy awareness started with a 100-yr old house and very high winter gas bills. A lack of understanding in building science principles fueled a learning passion culminating with a degree in Architecture Engineering and over 100 hours of energy efficiency classes. I have spent the last ten years working with commercial clients to build analyses that reflect clients’ energy concerns and goals, with specifics on next steps, costs, savings through energy efficiency incentives, and retrofit opportunities. My next act focuses on neighborhoods and local communities, working toward good sustainable design and development decisions.
