Des Enjeux et des Hommes is one of the pioneering CSR consulting “pure player” firms in France founded in 2003. The firm specializes in consulting and training services to help companies integrate corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability into their business strategy and operations. The organisation supports companies in developing CSR strategies and responsible practices, integrating ESG into company functions and onboarding C-suite and management teams, and engaging stakeholders to create positive social, environmental, and economic impact. The firm also assists companies with responsible purchasing, business model transformation, CSR certification (e.g. B Corp), defining a purpose statement (“raison d'être”) and becoming a mission-driven company (as per French PACTE law).
