We have 3 main pillars of focus: 

1. influencing decision makers - we increase the number of decision makers in London working to meet the 3 needs of society with the planet’s limits 
2. changing the narrative - we shape stories which generate enthusiasm around a shared re-evaluation of value and economic success in London 
3. LDEC co-creates real-world change - we work with others to put good ideas into practice, and make good practice mainstream
