I an academic at the University of the Arts London. I am currently the Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Critical Practice in Fashion Media in which students study fashion media and communication from a critical, practice-based perspective. Students develop skills in critical writing, image-making, moving-image production, curation, socially engaged practice and strategy to work towards social, racial and climate justice. Fashion and fashion media education is brilliantly placed to nurture systems thinkers and has an important role to play in changing narratives about growth, sufficiency and potential ways to live a 'good life'. I am a member of action group Fashion Act Now.
