Created in 1986, 0ptim Ressources turned into a cooperative (scop) in 2019 with 80% of the team being shareholders.  Our purpose is to be a sustainable cooperative company aiming at maximising its contribution to the system it belongs to : a human society part of the  biosphere. We strive to create added value and wealth which can then be redistributed in a fair and responsible manner, thus contributing to the system's sustainability. 0ptim Ressources is a consultancy firm which helps people and organisations carry through their transformations, both in France and abroad. We help our clients and partners become and remain sustainable through the development of operational and managerial excellence, servicing its social and environmental goals. Optim Ressources is above all a story of genuine and long-lasting relationships with our stakeholders (clients, partners, shareholders, communities; ... ). We ensure their projected changes become real and lead to sustainable performances and committed teams. We believe that we have built a different management model, based on cooperation, and with a strong commitment to bringing sustainable results to people and organisations.
