Over the course of her career, Cynthia has come to realise that transformation begins at home – that to transform how we inhabit our roles and the decisions we make at work, we need to be willing to transform how we are with ourselves. Her business, named after Daverick Leggett’s heart-wrenching poem, is about facilitating those business and personal transformations so that we can be proud of the legacy we will leave our children, and our children’s children. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to do this through strategic advisory, leadership development, coaching and systemic capacity building projects.
I provide strategic advisory, leadership development, coaching and systemic capacity building to organisations in the water and urban infrastructure sectors, aimed at (i) helping organisations and their people grasp the scale of planetary challenges we face and reveal the implications and opportunities for their context, and (ii) embedding regenerative, resilient decision-making and investment strategies and actions.
