I am an experienced marketer, lean six sigma blackbelt, systemic change expert and manager. I have a clear vision of the ingredients needed to get groups 'on' for a different way of thinking and behaviour. and how to embed this into new routines. I was surprised when I discovered that the approach we adopt in our agency is almost 1:1 to the donut economics mindsets. My work focuses on research, policy & innovations with the potential to equitably transform the future of health in emerging cities. Through my research at the University of Cambridge, I identify interventions and leverage points for promoting healthy development in Africa and the Caribbean. In an advisory role as the Principal of ERIM Consulting, I work with international organizations, the private sector and policymakers to design solutions to health challenges. Finally through my non-profit work at Engage Africa Foundation, I lead citizen driven engagement on putting health at the centre of development in order to prevent the rise of non-communicable diseases.
