We also are creating permaculture gardens on the council land around the council flat we live in and do maintenance and clear ups of fly tipping/litter around the estate of Hales Place we live in, and strive to build community here. I have joined as I had heard of donut economics and just watched a great video discussion with Caroline Lucas hosting. It seems like an important part of the solution.
