Passionate about building inclusive, community-led systems rooted in the values of Doughnut Economics, I'm inspired by its potential to reshape how we understand wellbeing, success, and progress. Collaboration is at the heart of my work—let’s share ideas, resources, and energy for a just transition. I’m especially keen to connect with others putting Doughnut principles into practice in local communities across Scotland and Europe.

I am dedicated to fostering a society in which all people can lead meaningful lives within the planetary boundaries. To get there, we need compelling visions of the future and a guiding compass that inspires, orients, and motivates action. For me, the Doughnut Economics framework offers exactly that. As a transformation designer, I focus on socio-ecological transformation and support change processes by integrating systems thinking, future-oriented design, and regenerative approaches. My work aims to enable deep, systemic shifts - both in societal structures and in the mindsets and values that shape them. I am particularly interested in how transformation can be advanced through systemic approaches and by empowering those who act as catalysts for sustainable change. My focus areas include social innovation, systems change, scaling impact, regenerative leadership, and pioneering initiatives for a just and livable future. Currently, I work as an independent consultant, co-founder of initiatives like FutureSense, board member, and part-time project lead for climate action at the City of Winterthur. I also support the Swiss Donut Economics Network in impact strategy and international collaboration. Previously, I held leadership roles in social innovation, systems change and sustainability at institutions including the University of St.Gallen, the TransCap Initiative, Fairtrade Max Havelaar Switzerland, and Migros.

I am an expert in sustainability and have a PhD in Education for Sustainability. I have 15 years of experience working with businesses and organisations, helping them understand what a low carbon economy, a resilient community, localising food systems or zero waste means for them. Importantly, I can assist in turning these concepts into action at any level through facilitation and strategic planning. My expertise in material recovery means that I can analyse and advise businesses and manufacturers on how to reduce or eliminate waste to landfill. I have worked with a number of large food processors, and am assisting District and City Council to develop strategic action plans for waste management. I have completed numerous waste audits and given advice to councils to reduce waste to landfill. I project manages urban recycling / resilience projects, and I conducts baseline foodshed and food system analysis for districts or regions to look at how food flows into or out of their community.

I’m passionate about how we can transform our world through technology — from AI and blockchain to digital platforms — to build more inclusive, sustainable, and collaborative futures. I’ve collaborated with multiple tech startups, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling innovative products. My expertise lies at the intersection of statistics, data analysis, AI, programming, product strategy, and growth. At the core of my work are values that guide every decision: I believe in designing innovative, win-win solutions — because the world is not a zero-sum game. I’m committed to sustainability, inclusion, and justice.

I’m an artist with a background in sustainability and circular economy, driven by a deep belief in unity and collaboration. Through my art, I aim to inspire connection—and through my work in the circular economy, I strive to create tangible change. I authored Human Nature, a poetry book that explores the human experience through the lens of nature’s rhythms and character. It’s a lyrical journey that weaves together the themes of interconnectedness—between people, and between humanity and the natural world.
