Kelley has been in the new economy space for over 15 years. As a Senior Director at RSF Social Finance, a non-profit social enterprise, she co-created the integrated capital approach to financing, oversaw $90m in philanthropic assets, facilitated community pricing conversations, and supported organizational culture. She loves unpacking the traditional assumptions that exist within philanthropy and finance, and exploring new ways to be in community around money that creates liberation for everyone. She is a Just Economy Institute Fellow, a Salzburg Global Seminar Fellow, and a boring revolutionary!

My work centres on championing leaders to live, lead and build well, shaping ,   and that is healthy,   and oriented towards long-term value and . Working globally, I am interested in how systems, tools and frameworks can be adapted in practice to support real transformation within complex  and social contexts. Within this learning community, I look forward to gaining practical approaches I can thoughtfully integrate into my work. As a practitioner working closely with people inside systems, to support both inner shifts in   and external shifts affecting   I am keen to participate in a like-minded community of practice, learning how others have adapted DEAL tools in their own fields, exchanging practical wisdom, and exploring how these approaches can support more and life-giving ways of living, leading and building enterprises.

I am a Chilean Chemical Engineer and MSc student in Ecological Economics at the University of Leeds. My work sits at the intersection of climate change, biodiversity, and industrial systems in the Global South. With experience leading strategic projects in the mining and forestry sector, I integrate market intelligence, decarbonisation, and sustainability transitions into decision-making. I am particularly interested in moving beyond GDP metrics, applying systems thinking, and designing indicators that connect ecological limits with social well-being. I am passionate about bridging academia and industry, contributing to biodiversity governance, and advancing regenerative business models.

I sometimes say that I'm not an urban planner interested in sustainability but rather a sustainability nerd who chose urban planning as field of work in order to get as far as possible towards sustainability.  I learned about the doughnut when studying in London in 2015, tried to use it as framework in various urban planning projects in Sweden the years following that. Now trying again, love to see that the community has grown so much!  Hoping to learn to internalise the 7 ways in what I do. I might contribute with knowledge and know-how of urban planning, project management and workshop facilitation.

I am a writer and an artist of musicals. I wrote several musicals about the transition of our development way. And I am also a sailor man. With my wife France, we have created "The New Odyssey, the route to a livable earth", a maritime and cultural expedition from the Golf of Morbihan to Helsinki and back. We will sail from the 1st of april to the 31st of october 2026. And we will stop in 75 stopovers. In 20 stopovers, we will play an interactive show to promote in a way the Doughnut Economy with the story of "The New Odyssey" : this is The New Odyssey Event. Being members of the DEAL community will help us to meet european people ad to see how they deal with the Doughnut Economy around Europe.
