I am an ambitious and enthusiastic food business consultant.  With 12 years experience within the small and medium sized coffee roastery business and some corporate experience, I have recently taken the step to go self employed with the mission for all European Coffee Roasteries to be organised in such a way they can focus on the work they like to do like roasting coffee and selling beautiful products, rather than overhauling systems and instructions.
