I work with complex systems, wicked challenges and uncertainties. This is mostly connected to regional development, where I identify connections between industries, sectors, organisations and people. I do all this to understand how things work in our societies and explore ways to initiate exchange and collaboration between diverse actors. I helped out in different sustainable development projects around Europe (Sweden, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg). I want to be part of the road towards a sustainable future. After obtaining my two Master’s degrees in Business Economics: Marketing (Ghent University) and in Sustainable Management (Uppsala University), I am ready to put theory into practice and to keep learning. I believe my soft skills communication, teamwork and problem-solving are a great asset in the workplace. About me: I’m positive, easy-going and love to connect with people from all over the world. By living in different countries (🇧🇪🇫🇷🇸🇪🇪🇸), I got to know different languages, cultures and perspectives. It also increased my adaptability and taught me that I thrive in an international and multidisciplinary environment, thanks to its richness of views and opinions. In my free time, I like to go scuba diving, play volleyball and go snowboarding.

I’m an independent fasilitator and process leader within Designdriven Innovation.   I’m a trained service designer and leader and for the last 12 years I have been a part of building the design- and innovation agency, EGGS Design.  I’m passionate about inner and outer sustainability and to be a part of a movement to make a positive change.
